Chesey Pork Tenderloin & Vodka Sauce Pasta Bake: Penne pasta cooked off and tossed in scratch made creamy vodka sauce, topped with roasted pork tenderloin medallions and covered in cheese roughly more than (2.5LB average) + Garlic Bread:Â Crispy bread w/ garlic butter
INGREDIENTS:
Pasta Bake:Â Penne pasta (flour, water, salt), olive oil, red sauce (tomato, cream, red wine, vodka, spices), Pork Tenderloin (pork, salt, spices), cheese (milk, enzymes, cultures, salt)
Garlic Bread:Â Bread (flour, water, salt, yeast), butter (garlic, spices, salt)
contains wheat, dairy
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:Â Preheat oven to 340F, place pan in oven covered with foil. bake for 20 minutes, remove foil, finish uncovered until temperature probe inserted into middle of pan read 160F.
** DINNER FOR TWO is always prepared for Thursday Pickup, and Delivery. You can also opt to have it sent to a Saturday farmers market for pickup.

This was a great summer meal. I haven’t tried the Old Major Chorizo before, but it’ll definitely make its way on my next order.
Portion size was perfect, and reheating was effortless (meat & rice in the microwave, tostones in the oven, and tortillas on the stovetop).
I’m looking forward to future meals prepared by the chefs at Old Major!

The street tacos was our fourth culinary adventure with Old Major and it did not,disappoint. The meat was very good and the fixings were the right touch. Would definitely order this again. BTW, really like the business being named after a major character in the novel Animal Farm.
