Description

Japanese milk bread, called shokupan, is a super pillowy and soft bread.  It is made with milk, butter and eggs which make it very tender and rich.  It is great for toasting, sandwiches, french toast and more!  If kept in the refrigerator it can last up to 2 weeks.  Loaves are unsliced so that you can create your perfect thickness.

Ingredients: bread flour, water, sugar, butter, dry milk powder, eggs, salt, yeast

Dimensions of bread are approx.  13″x 4”x 4″
