Al Pastor Sausage Links

Inspired by the Al Pastor taco, this sausage is made with Indiana AB/HM-free pork seasoned with pasilla, and ancho peppers, oregano, annatto, and pineapple juice. This sausage has a warm earthy flavor. Grill until crispy and serve with onions, cilantro and hot sauce. Or remove it from the casing and cook in a pan until almost crispy then serve in a taco or add eggs for the best dang breakfast this side of the border.
