BBQ Jowl Bacon Burnt Ends


If you love BBQ, then chances are good you’ve had some burnt ends in your life. Burn Ends made from the point of the brisket. Chunked up, seasoned, smoked again, tossed in sauce and wow! Well…. What if we told you that we made Jowl Bacon Burnt Ends?


We took large pieces of smoked jowl bacon, chunked it up, tossed it in our house made bbq spice, we then smoked them on at 240F for 6 hours. They are tossed in sweet baby rays and ready for the oven to finish! I fixed my 6 year old a sandwich and he went back for a second.

Size: 1LB.  Each package will make approximately 2-3 sandwiches.

Preparation: pre heat oven to 350F. Empty contents of package into oven safe dish, cover with foil, bake for 30-45 minutes (until bbq hits desired level of caramelization. Serve on buns. Top with Coleslaw if you like!

Ingredients: Bacon(pork, spices, salt, sugar, sodium nitrite), Brown Sugar, Yellow Mustard, Sugar, Paprika, Spices.
