“15 years ago my eldest son, Auggy, was diagnosed with autism and our family went gluten-free as a support mechanism. But finding snacks we could all enjoy as a family felt nearly impossible! So my mom and I rolled up our sleeves and got busy in the kitchen, developing new recipes and adapting old favorites. Once a recipe passed the discriminating tastes of a house full of teenage boys, we knew we had a winner.
