Our beef grew up on a small Indiana Farm where it spent it’s life outside at pasture eating wild grasses. The beef was then fed grain for six months to supplement it’s grass diet. Grain-finishing a beef adds additional fat and flavor to the meat and we like that! Our beef brisket bacon is wet cured in a menagerie of spices for nearly 2 weeks to ensure maximum flavor. It is then smoked on hickory which helps give it that familiar bacon flavor.
This bacon isn’t like pork bacon. The slices are much bigger! Pan fry to your preferred crispiness and enjoy every day.
