Beer Bratwurst



We love a good bratwurst. It’s probably why we have so many different flavor. Beer Brats may be one of our favorites. We start with antibiotic and hormone-free Indiana pork and season it with sea salt, and a secret blend of spices. Of course we also add in Upland Brewing Champagne Velvet….And Epic Indiana Dad Beer with a very cool Hoosier history. The recipe dates back to 1902 when Walter Bruhn, the son of German immigrants, created a recipe for a new pilsner and named it “Champagne Velvet.” The beer became one of Indiana’s most popular beers until the brewery later went under due to industry consolidation.  12 oz, 4 links
