If you’re entertaining, let us help you out and make the charcuterie spread! Pre-order here based off number of people you are entertaining and we will provide the spread to impress your guests. We have, 2-3 guests, 4-6 guests, 8-10 guests and 12+ guests options available. Prices and portioning are based off these being an appetizer, approximately 2oz of meat and 2 oz of cheese per person. *Most of the meat and cheese will not be pre-sliced so keep that in mind when planning your prep. If an alternate pickup arrangement is needed, select the “Coordinate with Old Major for Special Pickup” option.

Cheese
Sartori Bellavitano Merlot Cheese (5.3oz) – American Cheese Society first place winner. Rich creamy cheese with berry and plum notes of Merlot.
Marieke Gouda Mature (5oz) – An American Cheese Society Winner, this creamy, semi-soft, American Original boasts a flavor profile rich in nuttiness with hints of sweet fruit. It has a soft, buttery texture, creamy mouthfeel, and a pleasantly sweet aroma.

Rustic Bakery Sel Gris Flatbread Crackers (6oz)- A delightful, light and flaky cracker made with extra virgin olive oil and grey sea salt from France.
Petits Cochon Cornichon (6.5oz) – Baby Sour Gherkins pickled in vinegar and spices in the traditional French way.

Food For Thought Cherry Habanero Pepper Jelly – Simply delicious cherry and pepper preserves. Habanero pepper mash is the base for this savory jelly and is a perfectly balanced sweet heat of a treat.
