Here’s the deal… This pre-order will be available for pickup or delivery Thursday, June 16 from 4:30pm to 6:30PM and pickup only on Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
Fathers Day Menu
Two (2) x 16 oz (approx.) New York strip steaks w/ cajun butter
1 lb asparagus
2 lb fingerling potatoes w/ rosemary butter
Fancy dinner rolls
Caesar salad w/ Angie’s Caesar Dressing, croutons, parmesan
Cooking Instructions: We would never tell Dad how to cook a steak. But here’s some details on the rest:
Asparagus: Snap or cut the ends off, blanch in boiling water for 1 minute then dunk into an ice bath to cool. Remove from ice bath, and set aside until dinner is almost ready. When you are about 10 minutes from dinner, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle sea salt. Put under the broiler to get some brown and crisp. Want to be extra fancy? Cover in Hollandaise sauce.
Fingerling Potatoes: The potatoes will come partially cooked. So place in an oven safe pan, melt the rosemary butter and drizzle over the taters. Bake at 375 until fork tender. Remove from oven and place the taters in a serving dish, drizzle butter from the pan on the taters and sprinkle with sea salt.
Caesar Salad: Chill your bowls in the freezer. Seriously. Don’t skip this step. When the bowls get to frosty beer mug status, remove and fill with romaine lettuce. Top with salad dressing, croutons and parmesan.
