Our Grillbasa is a riff on this classic kielbasa. We use Hoosier pork that is lightly seasoned garlic and spices, cased in natural hog casings and ready for grilling or smoking. If you decide to smoke (and we highly suggest you do), we prefer to smoke on hickory and cherry.
Old Major Grillbasa comes in 1LB packages.
