Traditional Smoked Bacon
There is no bacon like Old Major Bacon. It is the best smoked bacon, and many have said it is actually "the best damned bacon" and we agree (but we are biased). Old Major Bacon is completely different than any bacon you might buy at the store. We don't pump our bacon full of water. In-fact, we use a dry brine method to extract water OUT of the pork. This concentrates the pork flavor prior to smoking. We heavily smoke our bacon with a blend of hickory and cherry wood to give Old Major Bacon its righteous flavor.
This isn't wimpy bacon. We take our bacon seriously and so much so, we have Several other bacon offerings to choose from . Old Major Bacon is smoked and seasoned and comes in 1 lb packages.

Bacon Burger Patties
Around here, we love a good burger. I think in the Midwest we may be spoiled because we have access to some of the best beef in the world. Our Bacon Burgers are made with grass-fed and grain-finished beef that is blended with our Smoked Bacons . We then double grind the two together to get an excellent texture and flavor to the burgers. These things are TASTY! Grill, bake, sous vide, pan fry. Just buckle your seat belt. Come with 2 x 1/3 lb patties per package.

Chicken Ramp Sausage
We love when we get to capture the seasons in our products. The first sign of Spring is our chicken ramp sausage! Ramps are wild leaks found all over the forests of Indiana. The flavor is a cross between onion and mild garlic. There is an umami quality in the green leaf which gives this sausage a complex almost asian flavor. This sausage lasts as long as the ramps are in season so don't wait too long! When the forest canopy comes in, the ramp sausage goes away for another year.

Jalapeno Cheddar Bratwurst
What's better than an Old Major Wisconsin Style Bratwurst ? How about one filled with fresh jalapeno peppers and chunks of white cheddar cheese! As always, we use fresh Indiana-sourced pork and season it with our special blend of spices, and then we grind in fresh jalapeno and mix in chunks of sharp white cheddar! Don't worry, it isn't hot and spicy, but it does have a great jalapeno flavor and it's nice and cheesy! Comes in 1 lb packages (4 links).

Texas Hot Link
Texas Hot Link is a pork and beef sausage seasoned with our blend of spices, a little cayenne, and shiner bock beer, smoked with hickory and cherry. While it's called a "hot link," it isn't particularly spicy although there is a little cayenne for a pop of heat. Tasty sausage cold and hot. Grill or pan fry. Crispy bread and mustard. Win!

Whiskey Bratwurst
We love a good bratwurst. It's probably why we have so many different flavors. Whiskey Brats may be one of our favorites. We start with Indiana ab/hm-free pork and season it with sea salt, and a secret blend of spices. Of course we also add in West Fork Whiskey's Old Hammer! Shapow! Whiskey Brats are here. They aroma screams bourbon, the flavor however is mild and well balanced. So delicious. 4 links to a package. 16 oz.
