The Napoleon is a delicious pork jowl bacon (imagine our bacon with coriander and black pepper) and cheese pizza with red sauce on a “hand tossed” thickness crust. This is a delicious tavern style pizza made with high-quality ingredients. The crust is made with 00 wheat flour, water, salt, yeast and olive oil. It has a light body with great flavor and chew. Topped with fresh tomato sauce of stewed down tomatoes, spices, and sea salt, Old Major Jowl Bacon ground and cooked off and covered with a yummy blend of provolone, mozzarella, white cheddar.

Ingredients: Crust (00 Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast), Cheese (Milk, Cultures, Enzymes Salt), Tomato Sauce (Tomato, Spices, sea salt), Jowl Bacon (Pork, Black Pepper, Coriander, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Nitrite)



Cooking Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 400F. Place pizza directly onto cookie sheet or pizza stone. Bake for 14 minutes (or until cheese is the desired level of melted.)
