Kielbasa is a Polish sausage that is traditionally a blend of primarily pork with a little bit of beef. Our riff on this classic is made exclusively with Indiana pork that is finished both antibiotic and hormone free. It is then lightly seasoned, cased in natural hog casings, and smoked with a blend of hickory and cherry hardwood. These sausages are delicious as the main event in your dinner, or cold on a charcuterie board with some grainy mustard.

Cooking Instructions: Grill, bake, fry, or smoke. The choice is yours! The USDA suggests that you cook sausages to 160 degrees internal temperature to ensure food safety. We like to cook our pork sausages to an internal temperature of 145 degrees (and hold for three minutes) for a much more enjoyable sausage.
