Our Lincolnshire sausage recipe was developed by Robert Goodrick a former British Naval officer turned British butcher in Canada. This sausage is coarsely ground and mixed with several flavorful spices including black & white pepper, ginger, mace, nutmeg all spice and a whole mess of sage! This isn’t a banger but it goes great with peas and mash or a traditional English Brekky.
