Salty and silky little white anchovy fillets swim in a pool of sunflower oil and vinegar! Known in Spain as boquerones, these white anchovies are rich, flavorful and have a deliciously mild flavor. They’re usually found as a tapas dish, and are great by skewered with a green olive, or eaten over toast as a simple snack – don’t forget the fresh beer.
