Pork tenderloin is the inside tenderloin, also known as the SOAZ. In less technical terms, us Hoosiers call this the catfish cut. Super tender, toss it on the grill or in the oven for a delicious protein to build your meal around. Sustainably farmed and without antibiotics or hormones. These tender bits are seasoned and marinated with honey and Dijon mustard. Weights range from 12-22oz per package.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Marinate: Allow the pork tenderloin to marinate in the mixture of brown sugar, miso paste, sesame oil, water, and tamari for at least 2 hours, or overnight for deeper flavor infusion.
  2. Cook: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the marinated pork on a baking sheet and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). For a golden-brown crust, finish under the broiler for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Serve: Let the pork rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
