Nicole Taylor’s Pasta – Red Wine Pappardelle
Traditionally made fresh red wine pappardelle. Two 6 oz portions packaged together and frozen. Keep frozen until ready to use. Drop in salted boiling water for roughly 3 minutes. Do not add oil and do not rinse.
Ingredients: Durum flour, water, red wine
