We source humanely raised pork from nearby farms, use ingredients from Ohio makers including craft beer, cheese, wine, herbs and spices, and cure everything at our own USDA inspected facility.

North Country Charcuterie – No. 1 Salami
NCC’s richest and creamiest salami, boldly flavored with cheese from Blue Jacket Dairy (Bellefontaine, Ohio), Chardonnay from Debonne Vineyards (Madison, Ohio), chopped garlic and fresh sage. Each hank is approximately 5 oz. Keep refrigerated for quality.
Ingredients: Pork, pork fat, wine chardonnay, cheese (pasteurized milk, salt, culture, enzymes), water, kosher salt, dextrose, celery powder, black pepper, sage leaves, garlic, lactic acid starter culture. Nitrate free except from those naturally occurring in celery powder.
