We source humanely raised pork from nearby farms, use ingredients from Ohio makers including craft beer, cheese, wine, herbs and spices, and cure everything at our own USDA inspected facility.

North Country Charcuterie – Zin Salami
Where Wine Country meets North Country, we blend old-vine California Zinfandel with premium Ohio pork and seasonings, to create a robust flavor with notes of blackberry and hints of garlic and black pepper, in collaboration with Zanon Wines, Columbus, OH. Each hank is approximately 5 oz. Keep refrigerated for quality.
Ingredients: pork, pork fat, wine, water, salt, black pepper, garlic, dextrose, celery powder, lactic acid starter culture. Nitrate free except from those naturally occurring in celery powder
