In our travels in and around western Turkey, we ate a bit of adana kebab which is a spicy lamb sausage that is formed over kebab skewers and grilled over wood charcoal.  It may have been my favorite dish to eat whilst in Turkey. We've done our best to honor origins of this sausage. We've made it with Urfa Pepper, Cumin and Sumac.

Spicy, complex and delicious!

Old Major Adana Kebab Meat comes in one pound (1LB) packages.
