Tasty Salmon Cakes with Lemon caper cream sauce, Rice Pilaf & Broccoli. Our salmon cakes are made from Faroe Island Sustainable Salmon, blended with seasonings, bread crumb, mayo, and egg, Pan fried in butter and served with rice pilaf and broccoli crowns and we can’t forget the lemon caper cream sauce enriched with lobster butter! Lunch doesn’t need to be boring! Serves 1, approx. .85 lb.

Ingredients: Salmon cake (salmon, panko, mayonnaise, dijon, eggs, worchestershire sauce, salt, hot sauce, parsley, black pepper), rice pilaf (rice, chicken stock, onion, carrot, garlic, white wine, spices, salt), broccoli (salt, spices, olive oil), cream sauce (heavy cream, lobster butter, onion, capers, lemon zest, garlic, spices, salt, corn starch).

Heating Instructions: Heat in microwave on high for 90 seconds with lid slightly ajar. rest for 60 seconds and repeat until steaming.
