Salmon Sausage (~1LB)

Fresh Faroe Island Salmon, mixed with fresh lemon zest, red onion, mint, dill, parsley, sea salt and spices. Emulsified (finely chopped and blended), stuffed into a casing, and poached. Grill, or butter baste these sausages and top with a light creamy dressing like a citrus, dill, greek yogurt spread. So good, fresh and light.
