Have you ever wondered how the sausage was made? Then you may want to sign up for Sausage Class. You will get hands on experience learning how to make sausage in our State Inspected processing facility. Learn the fundamentals of making sausage like establishing a good protein/fat ratio, seasoning, grinding, stuffing and linking your sausage. Learn skills that can translate to making your own sausage at home!
We will enjoy a tasty snack, and all sausage makers will go home with sausage. Our classes are limited to 6 people so everyone can get their hands messy!
