Sausage Classes

Have you ever wondered how the sausage was made? Then you may want to sign up for Sausage Class. You will get hands on experience learning how to make sausage in our inspected processing facility. Learn the fundamentals of making sausage:

  • Safe food handling/sanitation
  • Protein/Fat
  • Seasoning
  • Grinding
  • Stuffing
  • Linking
  • Packing & storage

We will enjoy a tasty sausage snack at the end of class, and all sausage makers will go home with sausage. Classes will be in our new facility and are limited to 12 people. Total cost is $145 and is not inclusive of tip. If you enjoy your class, we encourage you to tip your teacher.
