Korean Gochujang Sausage. We make this Korean-inspired sausage using lightly spicy kimchi, gochujang, pickled garlic, ginger, fresh green onion and Indiana Pork.. This is a tremendous sausage packed with flavor.  

Grill it up and eat by itself, use it as a meat ball in your ramen or put it on a bun with pickled daikon, carrot and serrano, garnished with cilantro and sriracha mayo.
