Tasty Antibiotic/Horme free, grass fed, grain finished Beef Brisket. Rubbed down with sea salt, black pepper and some brown sugar and allowed to get nice for 24 hours before going into the smoker for a long smokey cook over 16 hours. We smoke until it hits 197F and then pull it, chill, slice and vac-pack. We love a good smokey brisket and hope you do too!
Our smoked beef brisket is packed in 1LB packages, it is thick sliced and reheats well in the package. Or remove and reheat in a pan, or in the microwave. Get your Brisket on!
