Texas Hot Link is a pork and beef sausage seasoned with our blend of spices, a little cayenne, and shiner bock beer, smoked with hickory and cherry. While it’s called a “hot link,” it isn’t particularly spicy although there is a little cayenne for a pop of heat. Tasty sausage cold and hot. Grill or pan fry. Crispy bread and mustard. Win!
Ingredients: pork, beef, beer (water, malt, hops, yeast), milk powder, salt, pimenton, cayenne, spices, encased in a natural hog casing.
