This traditional Ukrainian sausage is another type of eastern European Kielbasa… but its called Kovbasa. Blend of pork and beef and seasoned with all spice, black pepper, garlic, and hot pepper whiskey. Grill and serve with stewed potatoes, onions, kraut and mustard. Or just toss it on a bun with kraut and mustard. Also tastes great smoked!
